We’ve just found out that (barring any late changes) The West Australian will run another story on Ethan and the Scholarship in tomorrow’s paper!
Make sure you catch tomorrow’s @thewest_com_au for an update on Ethan Davies and his family who have become very special friends of ours 🙂

Remember, if you would like to make a donation to the Scholarship, the easiest way to do so is via the fundraising site (click “donate now”). All donations are receipted and are tax deductible.
You can learn more about the Scholarship, and Ethan’s story, both on this blog and on the fundraising site. Christie-Lee and I also maintain a Facebook page for the Scholarship, where you can find more frequent updates on Ethan’s progress and Scholarship news (there is a feed from the Facebook page on the home page of this blog).
We’re constantly overwhelmed by the generosity of our many supporters who are willing to invest their time and effort in fundraising activities. Here are some of the things we have going on at the moment:
- A new fundraising website is under development – watch this space!
- The lovely Samantha has organised a Cadbury chocolate fundraiser.
- There is now a Team Super Ethan! for HBF Run for a Reason on Sunday, 26 May 2013. Thanks to Sarah, Sre, Clare and Sarah for joining the team so far – If you’d like to join as well, the password is “superethan”. Alternatively, if you’d like to make a donation to the team, you can do so here (we’re aiming to raise at least $5,000.00).
- There are a few Scholarship coin collection tins in circulation. If you’d like one in your workplace, please contact Ashlie Hirniak (by phone on (08) 9489 7998 or via firstname.lastname@example.org) at the Telethon Institute for Child Health Research.
Please also contact Ashlie if you’d like to get involved in fundraising, or have any queries about the Scholarship generally.
Thanks to everyone for their continuing support!
